Build Support Network:

tackle the difficulties and challenges of living and working in the UK as first and second generation of immigrants through collective effort.

provide a platform for members to share their growth stories as well as lessons learnt, and useful information and resources.

 

Mentor the next generation of leaders:

with special focus on young women of Chinese origins from less privileged background.

feature industry experts to convey big picture in the members’ industry which is so critical to move from a hard-skill based role to a management role.
